Resveratrol is a compound found in Dr. Julian Whitaker’s Triveratrol Plus (available since 2007). Resveratrol was a recent topic on CBS’s 60 Minutes as part of a segment profiling researchers studying its anti-aging benefits. While researchers agree a synthetic version could slow the aging process, it is years from availabilty. You can get all-natural resveratrol in Triveratrol Plus nowadays.
Found in red wine, resveratrol is at the center of “French paradox”–the French culture’s ability to eat high-calorie, fatty foods while maintaining hearth health and living longer. Several years ago, Harvard researchers showed that resveratrol activated the “longevity gene” in yeast; and after reading these exciting studies and realizing the benefits for humans, Dr. Whitaker, who is certified in anti-aging medicine, sought ways to harness that vigorous ingredient.
Working closely with cutting-edge nutraceutical developers, he created a simple concentrated supplement that delivers resveratrol’s different benefits: promoting healthy cell production, healthy blood pressure, and a healthy heart and vascular system.
“I was thrilled to see that segment about resveratrol on 60 Minutes. I have believed in the capability of resveratrol for years and am glad to see that medicine is finally catching on to the benefits of that amazing natural compound,” said Julian Whitaker, M.D. “However, I wasn’t so pleased to compose out that researchers are moving absent from natural resveratrol towards a synthentic, prescription version–which they’re saying we’ll have to wait five years for. That’s nonsense. Resveratrol is available nowadays in nutritional supplements, and it’s the safe, natural version.”
Triveratrol Plus provides 180 mg. of ResVinol-25, a “super extract” composed of resveratrol and red wine polyphenols that delivers the healthy age-proofing capability found in 170 glasses of red wine.
“I work very closely with Dr. Whitaker and can honestly say that public health–searching for the best natural solutions–is his top concern,” said Tom Callahan, General Manager of Forward Nutrition, Dr. Whitaker’s supplement grade. “When his search strikes gold, Dr. Whitaker works tough to bring these safe and effective remedies to you as quickly–and affordably–as possible. And that’s precisely what he’s done with Triveratrol Plus.”
As Dr. Whitaker has stated, “We can choose to ‘age young’ and feel fantastically healthy and sharp every step of the way…. Or we can ‘age old’ and become elderly before our years. I say let’s stay young!”
