Clinique has announced the launch of its new innovation in lengthening mascara - High Lengths Mascara.
Clinique, a leader in skin care and makeup innovation, has introduced its new High Lengths Mascara designed to stretch limp, lifeless lashes to unrivaled lengths with attractively defined separation.
Available in black and brown, that new makeup bag fundamental features a strange “willow” wand applicator that boasts three rows of strategically placed tines to comb through lashes, carefully stretching and separating each lash to new lengths. Always covered with just the right amount of mascara to comb through lashes, the opposite side of the applicator always appears green, making it easy to recognise which side to use.
Not only are lashes left lengthened and eyes looking refreshed, but the new High Lengths formula leaves lashes soft, supple and conditioned. The formula’s infusion of lash-loving ingredients such as Sodium Hyalauronate, Panthenol and Pantethine help preserve the health and flexibility of the lashes. The lightweight formula uses a combination of soft waxes and a feather-light thickener, including Acacia Senegal Gum, to create a flexible texture. The mascara stretches across each lash without clumping, flaking or any tell-tale stiffness. And, like all Clinique mascaras it is not only ophthalmologist tested but it is plus appropriate for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers and is 100% perfume free.
The new Clinique High Lengths Mascara will be available online and on the high street from February 2010.

I started
noticing in the final few days that very fine hair is starting to grow,
specifically in my “receding” area.
I am curious to see how fast it starts to fill in. I’ve had no pain or any strange sensations for
a while now, other than slight numbness in the crown area. It’s weird, not something I think about
unless I touch that area of my scalp and of course realize the slight loss of
sensation. Hopefully soon it will be back to normal.

I have been taking 1mg of propecia every other day for nearly 2 years now with excellent results. What are your thoughts on taking 1mg every other day?
You’re probably not getting the full benefit of the medication (recommended dosage is 1mg daily), but whether you’re seeing excellent results, there’s no reason to change that now. I’d only recommend patients switch to partial dosing (usually 0.5mg/day) whether they have side effects.

Burlesque is in! Not just the full figure but additionally the total look.
In fact it seems as whether real women have taken to war against the thin, zero figure looks.
It is a sexy curvaceous look with all the restraint.
The right construct up can form a woman look like a burlesque diva from the 40’s and 50’s.
A look starts with the skin, so be it. The tanned, sun kissed and bronzed skin is no longer in. It is the snow white and, oh, so smooth, skin that is causing all the flutter.
It is the first step to looking like a burlesque diva. that look can be achieved with the right kind of matt body foundation.
Remember to apply plenty of moisturizer on the face before you start applying the makeup. The pancake pin up look can cause a lot of dryness to the skin. Give the face a matt foundation to accomplish a smooth flawless skin. The end conclusion should be a shine free matt look.
Well defined dark eyebrows which stand out are next in line. Use dark and clean colors for the eyes and lips to enhance the burlesque looks. Use a black liner and dark shades of eye prepare up to accomplish a smoky look or even the cat look. Remember to keep the lines clean.
Reds, pinks, wines, plums and maroons are the colors, to be used on lips. Remember to define the lips sharply. Use the same colors for your nails.
The Burlesque look is about dark vibrant colors against the fair matt skin. As the trend is back for these holydays it is moment to go retro.

Dear Doc,
I’m an 18 year old male and worried that my hairline’s begun to recede. I don’t have any specific family history of balding, both my grandfathers had most of their hair and so does my mother’s brother. Its only my father who is balding (he is 50 and has lost lots of his hair on the top of his head).
I’ve noticed that when I run my hands through my hair I occasionally lose one or two. additionally when the hair is wet i tend to lose a few whether I run my hand through my hair. I … [visit site to read more]

1. vitamin b complex and biotin
2. vitamin c
3. vitamin e
4. multi vitamin
5. omega complex

7. methatione … [visit site to read more]

Dr. Rassman,
I know that may sound like an odd question, but, would an antiandrogen such as Cyproterone Acetate reduce the levels of DHT in the male body? Would it preserve hair in a person with very little balding. I realize there are major side effects with that drug, but am still curious.
Thanks, and keep up the wonderful work, your blog is fairly informative!
Anti-androgens in men can cause a chemical castration, so yes, I would say that the side effects … [visit site to read more]
