Celiac Disease Caused My Hair to Fall Out

Hi,
I have celieac disease and I (unknowingly) used a hair color product that restricted wheat. It blistered my scalp and my hair fell out. it has been about two months and very fine peach fuzz hair is growing in the spots but its very thin. will my hair ever grow back in the right texture and density?
