Copper Peptide Spray to inspire Hair Growth?

Is there any truth that copper peptide spray can energize hair that is dormant. Ive heard it reduces the day the hair spends resting. Thanks
In our experience and from what I know, copper peptide promotes wound healing, not hair growth.
