Do Lasers Grow Hair or Remove Hair?!

Hi Dr. Rassman & Staff. Great blog.

Anyway, here’s my question. On my drive into downtown Chicago, I invariably take in radio commercials for laser treatment to REMOVE “unwanted” hair. Yet, I plus see promo’s for laser treatments to GROW hair. Well which is it … do lasers GROW or REMOVE hair?
