I’m certain you’ve heard it before in shampoo commercials: the hair needs vital vitamins too. We can try to get them from by the counter products or we can try to eat our way to glossy and healthy hair.
Remember, the hair is nearly 100% proteins. that of course means that having decent protein in our body is fundamental in keeping the hair healthy. But that doesn’t mean you should go carnivorous. Like the skin, the hair greatly benefits from ample amounts of fruits and vegetables in our body. The natural vitamins and minerals found in them work to keep the entire body at its best.
It might additionally be a good notion to go for specific items on the menu like salmon (a good source of protein), cocoa (for zinc and other minerals), and carrots (for vitamins like Biotin).
