I Want Specific Solutions to My Mustache Problem!

I’m looking for an explanation on why all of a sudden I have a bold spot in the right side of my mustache. I read about other persons having the same problem in your site and asking the same questions, but at that instance, no specific reply was provided besides going to an specialist and sending you a photo. Any changes lately?
