Pimples a Couple of Days After Hair Transplant?

Good day,
When I had hair transplant, a couple days later I noticed there developed small (about size of pinhead) yellow “pimples” at base of transplanted hair. is that common ? could it be a dermatophyte infection or tinea and is it problematic ? Thank you !
