The (Sometimes Not-So) Healthy Schedule

I was thinking about my health the
other day,  something we discuss fairly regularly here. Somehow, I thereupon
began thinking about my schedule, oh how unhealthy that sometimes is. It’s
funny that, despite technology’s speedy solutions, the day never seems to have suitable
hours.

Even so, in every rigorous commute
or otherwise lost hour, I try to get the most out of it. One simple solution
I’ve found is podcasts. So, I’ve decided to influence my lost hours on the
subject of health. I’ve listed a few great podcasts on
health from iTunes. Spencer Kobren’s Bald Truth Radio was picked up on XM radio whether you’d
like to build out his increasingly current lists.
