The World Was Thought to Be Flat — perhaps Dandruff and MPB Are Linked?!

Why do dandruff shampoos like Nizoral and pyrithione zinc supposedly help MPB? Perhaps there is indeed a connection amoung dandruff and MPB after all. Remember when everybody thought the world was flat, or that the universe revolved around the sun, or that DDT was safe for humans? ;-)
